Technical Sales Specialist

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team in Egypt. We are looking for a proactive and motivated data professional with strong communication skills and a BI background. What will you do:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide expert technical guidance and resolve complex issues on data management and BI solutions.
• Assist clients with implementation, configuration, and optimization of solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide recommendations on data management and BI best practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, support, sales) to meet client needs.
• Manage client projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Track client satisfaction and performance metrics, contributing to process improvements.
• Collaborate with the sales team on upsell and cross-sell opportunities and assist in proposals and presentations.

What do we expect:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• technical background in data management, analytics, and business intelligence.
• Proficiency with data management and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, cloud platforms).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
