Data & Analytics Team Lead

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team in Egypt. We are looking for a proactive and motivated data professional with strong communication skills and a BI background. What will you do:

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and BI consultants across multiple client projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and validate data and analytics requirements.
• Architect and oversee the development of data pipelines, data models, and analytical solutions.
• Manage pre-sales cycle
• Responsible for the Development plan for the team and acquiring needed vendors certifications.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in data governance, quality, and documentation.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning through cross-training and certifications in emerging technologies.
• Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners.

What do we expect:

• 7-10 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering.
• At least 2+ years of leadership or team management experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with major RDBMS systems (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Data Engineering life cycle ( Data modeling, Data warehousing, Data integration, Data Visualization & Reporting).
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting/programming languages (e.g., Bash, Java).
• Knowledge in machine learning, predictive analytics, or data science frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Desirable Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Tableau products, server deployment, and administration.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools (dbt, Airflow, Databricks, etc.).
• Certifications in Tableau, BI or Data Engineering technologies.
